SHIPPING INFORMATION

Silver Springs Jewellery Collections currently delivers to the following countries:

DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR HANDMADE, DESIGNER COLLECTIONS:

Because these are handmade to order items, you should allow between 1-2 weeks for the items to be made.   Wire woven jewellery in particular requires a high degree of care and attention as well as meticulous labour in producing each item.   However, the extra time and care we take at every step of the process and the coordinated look our jewellery can offer makes it well worth the wait.  Before any item is sent to you it is checked, numbered, photographed and put in a hard box for delivery with the same degree of care and attention.  Finally we send our jewellery to you by Royal Mail small parcel post.  The package will be tracked and will need to be signed for.  If the Royal Mail deliver your parcel and you are not at home, they will leave you a delivery card.  You will then need to either rearrange delivery or pick up your parcel from the sorting office.   To collect the parcel, take your delivery card and a photograph ID with you as well as proof of address.   Because the delivery service we use is tracked and signed, we are unable to deliver to P O Boxes.  We also only deliver direct to the billing address.

Our standard UK delivery is free on all orders over £150.   Under £150, postage costs for handmade and bespoke items offered on this website are those charged by the Royal Mail for small parcels - Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature at a cost of £5.82.  Ready to wear items are sent as large letter post.  There are two options for this:  either Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class at a cost of £2.11 where the delivery aim is 1 day OR Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature which is a 1 day delivery service.  

Handmade and bespoke items sent to the European countries listed above are sent by Royal Mail small parcel post.  Again, this is a service which is tracked and requires a signature.  Delivery aim for this service is between 3 and 5 working days.

Silver Springs Jewellery Collections adheres to consumer protection legislation, currently embodied by Consumer Contracts Regulations.

All ready to wear items, offered on our website - i.e. those under the following pages: Bracelets – Ready to wear, Pendants – Ready to wear, may be cancelled before the item is dispatched to you, or returned within 14 days of the time you received your goods to qualify for a refund.

Please note that for health and safety reasons, we cannot refund or accept returns for any of the earrings.

Made to order items are those which are made up only at your request and to your measurements/requirements.  Here at Silver Springs Jewellery Collections, these items are hand crafted.  On our website, these are labelled as non-returnable and non-refundable and for these items, we do not accept returns.  

All returns and refunds are subject to you meeting the requirements set out in the terms and conditions.
